Poor kitty killed by a cruel Spartanburg man
Friday, August 22nd, 2008Witnesses say their neighbor, a man named Mark Fraher, was walking his Rodesian Ridgeback mix on a leash when he saw a cat in a neighbors yard. He told his dog to get the cat then he held his dog on the leash while his dog attacked it.
