Entirely Pets

Dana found him on their back porch and tried her best to save him, he was a starving, freezing, and obviously a very sick unfortunate cat . But……..

I just couldn’t dream out that how come any body able to throw out their pet in a cold winter night, how would you rate them, I mean what are they ?- cruel-or- mental?

Please think thousand times before adopting a pet, and adopt them with an assurance that in any adverse situation, you would never through them out.
